Maintenance Program
Within a one year period after resurfacing, we can pressure wash the court(s) and while on site also inspect and repair any minor blemishes including any small non-structural cracks (measuring less than 1/8” in width and less than 12” in length). During the inspection, if it is noted that additional repairs beyond the scope covered in the maintenance agreement are needed, a separate proposal will be prepared for acceptance. Customer will have the option to renew every following year and, after the 4th year under maintenance, if the customer decides to resurface the court during the fifth year, we will deduct the amount invested in the program from the resurfacing proposal to be presented then.

Maintenance Program
Within a one year period after resurfacing, we can inspect and repair any minor blemishes while on site, adding up to two (2) 50 pound bags of HarTru (material left over from previous resurfacing job). During the inspection, if it is noted that additional repairs beyond the scope covered in the maintenance agreement are needed, a separate proposal will be prepared for acceptance. Customer will have the option to renew every following year and, after the 4th year under the Court Maintenance Program, if the customer decides to resurface the court during the fifth year, we will deduct the amount invested in the program from the resurfacing proposal to be presented then.
